2007 WCMS Dues

$225 for full-time physicians
$115 for Active Member I (1st year of practice)
$170 for Active Member II (2nd year of practice)
$115 for part-time physicians (special request form must be filled out)

2007 CMS Dues

$520 for full-time physicians
$182 for Active Member I (1st year of practice)
$364 for Active Member II (2nd year of practice)
$260 for part-time physicians (special request form must be filled out)
